Manufacturing Details and Strict Quality Checks:

Each unit is built with extreme care using the latest advanced manufacturing techniques. It is subject to expert assembly. Beginning with the product-making process, with defining how the product is cut, and then through final installation, quality is assured through strict inspections at every stage. This helps ensure that the end product reflects high standards of craftsmanship and arrives at your home in flawless condition. 

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Constructed using engineered termite-resistant MDF, this temple offers structural integrity that withstands time and climate. Its surface is treated with a crisp white polyurethane polish, giving a refined, matte-to-satin finish that's scratch-resistant and effortless to maintain.

Lighting is custom-designed: a central LED spotlight above the idol, vertical ambient strips flanking the inner walls, and under‑shelf up lighting—all adjustable to create serene halo effects and enhance visual depth. Storage is intelligently layered: top-tier open shelves for idols and gallery items, a soft-close drawer mid-level for accessories, and a concealed base storage with adjustable shelves for larger items.

Balanced with a rectangular Vaastu layout ensuring no dark corners and seamless energy circulation in any placement orientation, this temple is a refined combination of ambient illumination, smart storage planning, and premium finish quality—conveying devotion through elevated design. 

CARE & INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Wipe the dirt and dust away using a clean, dry cotton cloth without scrubbing.

2. In carved detailing, use a soft bristle brush to clean every side and corner of the home temple gently.

3. Ensure the product does not have any exposure to moisture and water.

4. The home temple must be protected from direct sunlight and heat to retain the color and polish of the product.

5. Avoid chemical and alcohol contact as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Note: To maintain the quality of the product, make sure you do not use coarse material on the wooden surface.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION 

·         Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

·         Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

·         In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

·         Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

·         Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Mandir Makers reserve the right to either change or cancel the order. 

INSTALLATION: 

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.

If the delivery Condition is:

Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.

Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which Mandir Makers will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.

Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required. 

WARRANTY: 

·         This product comes with 12 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

·         This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

·         Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use

·         Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents

·         Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer

·         Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

·         Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product

·         Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water

·         In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).

·         Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).

·         Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.

·         As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 1 cm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.
